DEVELOPMENT SITE

Having been recommended a developer client from overseas, we immediately acted on their behalf to acquire a rental apartment for them in W1 to have a base, knowing they would be conducting a lot of property business going forward in the UK. Once settled into their home, we acquired an off-market commercial site which went on to gian planning for mixed residential apartments and mews houses, coupled with commercial on the ground floor. An overall saving of over £1.5m from the market value was achieved and the project is in development with a GFV of circa £11m.
